This Blog is to address the numerous documentation items that have to be juggled, and how what is suppose to be documented may change every week.
And the training is not sufficient.
My trainer never told me I would be required to complete 13-16 different tyles of documents each week.
The part that was upsetting is that there are no examples to use when you try to complete a Blog, a Post for FB, Instagram, or Pinterest.
Plus Pinterest takes 18 steps to just pin one of your products.
During my training I asked for sheets with procedures, received one but incorrect.
As an instructor in nursing I know how adults learn and the process that was used for me was one that set me up to fail.
I have read, copied, highlighted, googled, attended webinars, asked for additional help and I am finally getting a grasp on some of the documentation .
Last week I joined another business that is helping with me sending emails and post and they really act like they care that I learn.
More money, I am right at $20,000.
Read and make sure you are prepared to spend a lot of money and not get what you are owed.
